AMAZING staff. Not just at our villa but all over the property. Super helpful, friendly. Nothing was ever a problem. Super clean. Also, the construction they warn you about is nothing. It's so far from any of the villas & rooms and they have it well hidden. Didn't hear any noise or anything. Food was great as well.

The property was not clean when people left their towels around the property the nice morning on my walk the towels and cups were still there The staff at the food huts by the pool were very rude we would not stay there again

I've returned home last night after an absolutely amazingly faciluted and accommodating stay at The Beach Pad in Rícon! I wish I'd never left... just two more days and i'dve been a fully satiated being. My stay in The Happy Turtle room was beyond comfortable as I shared the studio apt. space with my two young adult kids. More than enough space was had by all and the bathroom was big, bright, clean, fully-stocked and of course mimicked the whole 'turtle theme throughout the apt !! Just so cute and contemporary designed. The turtle motif was cleverly found in all of the details throughout the apt. Comfortable beds, powerful cooling system and a fully stocked kichenette, beach towels, beach chairs and even yoga mats! Personal balcony overlooking the beautifully lush green tropical garden overlooking views of the ocean in the distance was sweet. Located conviently and the beaches are a few mins walk. Allan and Angelo, the owner/keepers, were so communicative and very resource with info and activities, places to eat, drink and experience. This is a must must if you're staying in this part of the island of Puerto Rico. Much different from San Juan. I AM that HAPPY TURTLE!
